Pricing simply follows your CQC registrations. Run one service? It's £75 a month. Hold several registrations? It's £75 for each — and every registration's data is kept completely separate from the others.

Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in your web browser on any computer, tablet or phone — there's nothing to download and nothing to keep updated.
Does each staff member cost extra?
No. The price is per CQC registration, and you can add as many of your team as you need, each with the right level of access.
What happens when you add a new app?
It appears in your account and it's included in what you already pay. We don't add tiers or charge extra for new tools.
Can it handle our rota and payroll?
It builds your rota — whether that's location based, customer based or community based — lets staff clock in and out on their phone, and exports the hours as a spreadsheet for payroll. It isn't a payroll system itself; it gives your payroll the hours.
Is this care planning or eMAR?
No — and that's deliberate. It handles audits, rotas, safeguarding, complaints, follow-up actions and staff communication, and sits alongside whatever you already use for care delivery.
Where is my data, and is it safe?
Your data is hosted in the UK and encrypted, with automatic nightly backups. We're built to collect as little personal information as possible, and you can download everything you hold at any time.
