Kept separate — by design
Each service's records are walled off from every other one. An Owner sees the compliance picture across the group — the status and the counts — not another service's individual safeguarding entries or care records. Every service is its own tenant, isolated from the rest, and we test that boundary automatically before every release.
One simple bill
Pricing is per CQC registration — £75 a month, or £750 a year, each. For a group that's one consolidated subscription for the whole thing: add a service and it's added to the bill; the Owner manages it all in one place. No tiers, no per-user charges, and every new app we add is included at no extra cost.
