Is there anything to install?
No. It runs in your web browser on any computer or tablet — there's nothing to download and nothing to keep updated.
Does each staff member cost extra?
No. The price is per CQC registration, and you can add as many of your team as you need, each with the right level of access.
Is this care planning or eMAR?
No — and that's deliberate. It handles audits, safeguarding, complaints and follow-up actions, and sits alongside whatever you already use for care delivery.
Where is my data, and is it safe?
Your data is hosted in the UK and encrypted, with automatic nightly backups. We're built to collect as little personal information as possible.
Can I see it before subscribing?
